The residence, in the building just in front of the sea, is caracterized by 11 spacious panoramic two rooms, with kichnette, air-conditining. 8 of them have a private terraces with sea view on the Castello di Baia and Capri island. Actually free-style, in December all apartments will be renewed and furnished with Parquet, safe, satellite tv, services and wash machine.
In mediterranean style, the architecture exalts the wonderful picture of "Phlegrean Fields". The residences can be booked also, according to the hotel,in "Formula Hotel" with a supplement for the breakfast or for a daily stay.
The residence formula includes: cleaning and change linen twice per week,parking, and the use of the common areas as hall, bar, solarium and terrace.
