Phlegrean Fields

If we were to borrow from some of the amazing history cries of admiration for the Phlegrean Fields, certainly those from Goethe because "there is still stunned from the events of nature and history." Not to mention, then, the announcement of Horace: "No senior place in the world is brighter than the Bay of Baia ...".
Why here, between Pozzuoli, Cuma, Miseno, Bay, Bacoli, the Hades, the Fusaro and along the coast of the Campi Flegrei is an entire museum under the sky safer "and the decline of the craters. Baia - Phlegrean Fields Archaeological Museum – 2 km
Opened in September 1993, the museum has for the time being, the findings discovered in the chapel at the Augustans Miseno, including the bronze equestrian statue of Domitian-Nerva, a number of plaster casts of Greek sculptures discovered in the Bay and the Nymph Submerged Punta Epitaph.
   
       Underwater City Portus Julius – 1 km

Pozzuoli - Rione Terra 4 km
A steep spur of tufa stretched in the Gulf of Pozzuoli, the heart of a city in Roman times was the first commercial port of the Peninsula. The most recent archaeological excavations back to confirm the historical and documentary Rione Terra. A subterranean level of the town were found the remains of the city.
   
       Anfiteatro Flavio – 4 km
Begun under Nero and completed by Vespasian; measure m. 149x116 (arena 75x42 m) and could hold around 20,000 spectators. Averno Lake – 1,5 km
